Fire escape-/rescue mask

The escape/rescue mask/ hood is a respiratory protective device for self rescue in accordance with EN 403:2004-08 and protects the wearer from toxic gases, vapours and particulates for at least 30,40 or 60 minutes when escaping a fire. The item consists of an air-purifying vacuum filter, which prevents the inhalation of poisonous gases and smoke. It is a fire resistant hood which also protects the eyes and head from smoke and flame.
